We are looking
for companies with eCommerce business opportunities to join our
group for synergy, growth and profit. We will collectively develop
a new, growing, profitable, eCommerce distribution business for
your products and services based on either your existing eCommerce
or non-eCommerce business.
We will
create a new business distribution subsidiary corporation (“NEWCO”)
with you support and our internet affiliate team. You continue to
manage your core business and supply the new distribution subsidiary
with your products and services. Our team will help us create and

Our goal
is to build a valuable public-stock, distribution company/subsidiary

NASD investment banker and retired PhD marketing and finance professor
with a public stock company. We also have a Business Development
Company investment fund (“BDC”) under the 1940 Investment

process to the government regulators to stay public. So we need
you to manage the supply operations of our internet NEWCO to help
create and process revenue, and I will take care of the public finance

parent company is currently a fully reporting public stock company
on the NASD OTC/Bulletin Board and will also share its potential
and resources as a growing public stock internet company.

eCommerce companies with potential. I am an entrepreneur with 30-years
of business experience that has watched the internet develop from
the early years of being an inadequate distribution system into
the most exciting business opportunity platform today. We want your
