The company is structured as a family of operating divisions, subsidiaries and other Partner arrangements to provide flexibility in the evolution the Company as it responds to Internet market opportunities. We and our Partners must adapt to market changes or die.
The Company plan is to extend and leverage all internal resources of investment capital, marketing tools and expertise and technology to support the individual and collective success of Partners with growing, diversified but related internet web sites and portals.
New internet sites and projects can originate internally or from affiliates, strategic Partners and through acquisitions. We look to synergistically leverage the use of common data bases and customer relationships from each business operation and believe the Partner data bases and business contacts offer many opportunities for growth in both Partner and Internet Infinity revenue and profits. The dominant strategy is to create public distribution companies with positive cash flow. We seek internet business Partner operations that synergistically add to our existing operations, We are primarily a virtual Company and seek solid existing operations management that will remain for the benefit of all shareholders, including themselves as shareholders that have joined us through strategic partnering.
Our Goal
The
goal is to aggressively grow Internet Infinity revenues and profits through
strategic partnering and through internal development as long as the opportunities
offer a positive cash flow. And then we share the wealth with all contributors.
